I hope you're having a lovely week.
 
The temperatures are dropping here in NYC and it's starting to feel like fall. The change of weather feels welcome and I'm making mental note of all the things I am looking forward to this season, cozy sweaters right at the top of the list. 
 
The change of season also brings a shift in energy in the air. Can you feel it too? It inspires me to turn inward and reflect. Some questions that have been coming up for me are: What's been going well for me lately? What do I want to do more of? Whose company do I wish to seek, if anyone at all? With time being so precious, what do I want to prioritize? What do I want or need to stop doing so I can make more room for the good stuff? 
 
I'll leave you with these questions to ponder for yourself.
