8 Crystals for Sustainable Self-Care from the Rooted Retreat

Crystals are natural powerhouses that can help us harness more positive energy in our lives. 
 
By holding a crystal during meditation, or placing it in direct sunlight (or under moonlight!), we can absorb its energy into our body—without having to even touch it!
 
This is what we have on hand at the retreat - which kicked off last night!
 
Each crystal has its own unique properties that can help you take care of yourself in different ways.
  1. Selenite
  2. Agatized Coral
  3. Fluorite
  4. Amethyst
  5. Obsidian
  6. Moss Agate
  7. Blue Lace Agate
  8. Kyanite
Almost all the crystals I selected are to help with grounding at the Rooted Retreat.
 
When you're using these crystals as part of you own practice, just be sure to use common sense—always listen to your body and trust yourself first and foremost.
 
Self-care is important, and I want to make sure that anyone who wants it can find what works for them.
