Health is not merely the absence of disease
If you study architecture, you know triangles are mighty because each corner (pillar) of the triangle supports an equal amount of weight. The only way for the triangle to collapse is when one corner (pillar) does not do its fair share—this is what happens with disease! An imbalance in spirituality can cause an imbalance in psychology and science, and vice versa

The science (or physical nutrition) pillar of the triangle includes three components: genetics, the exposome, and health history.
Physical Nutrition is only the beginning
We used to think that dieting was a cure.
Many of us still hope that the next diet will really do it. But more of us have learned that dieting leaves us and worse than before we ever started. Our health, energy, mood, and wait have all deteriorated because of diving. And yet we can't quit. We know no other escape from the weight gain that followed our last diet. We need to be cured of dieting we need to find an entirely new way to deal with our health problems.
Experts agree that personalized health care is the future and finally a new model has arrived to help coaches provide that – the Transformational Nutrition Model.
Transformational Nutrition is the new science of personalized health.
One of the most exciting aspects of the way personalized nutrition is delivered through the Transformational Nutrition Model is that the clients are a part of it and can control it; you no longer have to be passive patients simply doing what their healthcare practitioner tells them to do.

A nutrient-dense, plant and whole food-based diet is what human bodies thrive on. Each person is biochemically unique and the best foods for your body, depends on your body. Listen to what your body is telling you and eat foods that make you feel good.
Some simple rules for eating right include:
• Load your plate with vegetables and fruits
• Use herbs and spices
• Eat for your gut by including fermented and probiotic rich foods
• Eat regularly
• Increase the intake of healthy fats
• Eat organic, grass-fed, and wild-caught meats
• Add nuts/seeds
• Avoid/limit added sugars
• Eat slow carbohydrates instead of no carbohydrates
• Pay attention to your plate by practicing mindful eating

02. Mental Nutrition
The components of psychology (or mental nutrition) are past trauma (trauma informed coaching), evolutionary psychology, neuroscience, metacognition and mental environment

. Our mind, body and soul experience constant renewal and transcendence.
In fact, so much so, that the latest discoveries within neuroplasticity teach us that our brain literally rewires itself daily. The brain is constantly 'rewiring' itself at every time scale — from hundreds of milliseconds, to minutes, hours, days, weeks and so on.
For decades, the prevailing dogma on neuroscience was that the adult brain is essentially hardwired, fixed in form and immutable, so that by the time we reach adulthood we are pretty much stuck with what we have. And yes, you can very much decelerate development if a constant state of negativity, and destructive emotions are allowed to prevail the internal atmosphere and trigger degeneration.

You’re not confined to the destiny of your genes, or the end result of stress, trauma, depression, chronic unhappiness, etc. You might not be who you think you are. Trauma Shapes Us
It Effect's the Nervous System, Immune Function,
Our Health and How We Show Up In The World.
Within my 3D approach to coaching we focus heavily on nervous system regulation, emotional hygiene, emotional release, and how to re-parent and self soothe ourselves.
Focused HEAVILY on The BODY
Essentially, becoming our own guru
Physical trauma is obvious. You get a bruise or scrape and you know you have suffered physical trauma. But other forms of trauma, like mental and emotional abuse, are not as obvious – rendering them harder to escape. Even though they don’t leave physical scars, they can leave mental, emotional, and spiritual scars..”
Trauma doesn’t have to stem from hand-to-hand combat, severe forms of abuse, or other extreme situations. It can simply occur from any event that causes emotional pain and distress that makes it difficult or impossible to cope with the event.
Common real-life examples include: a breakup, a house fire, being cut off in traffic, or being followed down a dark alley
Trauma decreases an individual’s window of tolerance, triggering chronic hyper-arousal. The feedback loop between the nervous system and endocrine system reinforces this state of high arousal, eventually affecting the immune system and leading to chronic inflammation and disease.
Researchers have long understood that positive emotions boost immunity and speed healing from wounds, injuries, and illnesses. In contrast, negative emotions exhaust the immune system and slow proper healing.
The third pillar is spirituality (or spiritual nutrition), which includes; personal spirituality, communal spirituality, environmental spirituality, and quantum law.
It’s important to note that, spirituality isn’t viewed as religion but rather as connection to yourself, others, and the world. You can also think of it in terms of relationships. In other words, spiritually is the relationship with yourself, others, and the world.
The Three Core Spiritual Hungers are to be Seen, to be Heard, and to Matter
People who are more connected to themselves, others, and the environment, have greater spiritual health than those who are less connected. Why? Because the individual spirit longs to connect with the greater web of spirits.
Remember that the three core spiritual hungers are to be seen, to be heard, and to matter. When these core spiritual hungers are not met, all kinds of mental and physical imbalances can develop.
Spirituality is very closely connected with well-being and health and it connects the whole person by increasing health maintenance behaviors and also helping people to develop better mental health, better connections in their community, and just feel more optimistic and hopeful about the future.
We're all connected, we're all one, and our true essence is love, and when we realize this, our energy vibrates at a high frequency and this energy really connects us to other living things and to the universe.

Remember that disease results from a combination of genetics and the environment. Another way to say this is that disease is the result of physiological imbalances or disordered living, or both. Disconnection (poor spiritual health) is a key feature of disordered living.
It is only through connection that individuals achieve life balance. This is the crux of how spiritual health influences physical and mental health.
