- Abhyasa - Perseverance to the practice. Also practice for an extended period of time; without interruption; and with dedication.
- Vairagya - Not attached to the results. In my practice, I see that - as I continue to try to do handstand - my attachment is not to whether I can do the pose but, rather, to my inability to jump. What should I do? Practice jumping!!!
So, I persevere and I practice (without attachment).

Mental Health First Aid Class”. This class is 8 hours long and offers tools to assess, listen, and guide a person in a mental health crisis towards help. The offerings by the Health District for the communities of Fallbrook, Bonsall, Rainbow, and DeLuz are, in most cases, free (as was the Mental Health First Aid class). Great service for us; check it out

If you (or someone you know) may benefit from my experience and training, I'd love to hear from them!
