Housing Market Predictions

According to realtors and recent trends in the DFW area, the “over bidding on properties” is cooling off just like the fall temps this month. The reason for this is due to higher interest rates and more inventory. This “cooling off” will be welcomed by buyers who were not able to participate in the bidding wars over the past few years.According to several news sources the North Texas' housing market may be safer than others in a potential recession and shows very little sign of vulnerability.

State Fair of Texas Highlights

It’s time for Ferris wheel rides, corndogs, and turkey legs! If you have not been, it is a must. Here are a few highlights about the State Fair of Texas, in case you didn’t know.

When: September 30 – October 23, 2022.

Where: Gate 2:925 S. Haskell, Dallas, TX 75223

Parking: $20

Open/Close: Sun.- Thurs. 10am-9pm / Fri. & Sat. 10am-10pm

Gates and Ticket Booths open at 9am. Cost per entry varies, check out the prices and ways to save on the State Fair of Texas website.
