We talked about two main approaches to Client Systems:
Budget-Friendly Systems π°
Using Quickbooks invoicing paired with other free platforms like Asana and and e-signature softwares. It's tedious but cuts down on costs.
Time-Friendly Systems π°
Using a paid platform that does it all like Honeybook or Dubsado to take care of contracts, invoices, intake forms, workflows, portals and more.
Other things we learned:
1. Hiring someone to help you set up your systems is worth it.
2. Notion is king when it comes to in-house organization
