Client Rangling

Trying to prevent client mishaps is like trying to guess who's going to die next in a Scream movie.

You think you know what's going to happen - but you're only right about half the time.

But having good Client Systems can help you prevent client horror stories every time you learn a lesson.

We talked about two main approaches to Client Systems:

Budget-Friendly Systems πŸ’°
Using Quickbooks invoicing paired with other free platforms like Asana and and e-signature softwares. It's tedious but cuts down on costs.

Time-Friendly Systems πŸ•°
Using a paid platform that does it all like Honeybook or Dubsado to take care of contracts, invoices, intake forms, workflows, portals and more.

Other things we learned:
1. Hiring someone to help you set up your systems is worth it.
2. Notion is king when it comes to in-house organization
