It took a little time and research and some shopping around, but now I have a ton of options and recipes for you… grocery lists, menus, tips, hacks and EVERYTHING keto!!

What my days look like…
 
Shortly after breaking my fast after my workout…
I have lunch!
Snack plates are a favorite… super simple and easy too.  I also love leftovers, a salad and a great but simple keto sandwich with keto bread!
4th
After lunch and before #momfuel,
I often have a snack!
This one requires no cooking, but I also love salami & cheese, keto bars (BHU are my favs), veggies and dip, keto chips, etc.  Lots of options!
5th
Mid to late afternoon, 
I have another ketone!
This one is definitely caffeine free and helps me make it to dinner with no need for a nap plus, I'm in a great mood!  The appetite control is crazy.
6th
Finally…
It's dinnertime!
We eat things like this, burgers & hotdogs, soups, salads, BLTs, Baked Spaghetti, Salmon & lots of veggies, and of course breakfast for dinner too!
