Being clear and out loud about what I want!
I have been audio journaling for about a year now and it has helped so much! It is kind of awkward at first but you get used to it after awhile. I use it when I have something I really need to get out or process in the moment. Most times for anxious folks, you may get that lump in your throat or heaviness in your chest. Talking from my experience helps to relieve that pressure. Also this helps with manifesting, when you write in your journal it can just never leave that book sometimes.
Speaking it out loud helps to launch it out in the atmosphere, you feel the emotion of it & it just makes it feel real. These past 2 weeks for therapy homework she had me make a video as myself in 6 months for various categories in my life in different scenarios. Seeing myself say these words was a whole new element that really had me like “oh shit that's me!” These are things I definitely suggest you start doing now.
Don't let it live in that journal give it some life, some noise!
