Our desire here at ARD is that you
live a beautiful life
Let's explore what that means together

Hey First name / Friend! This newsletter is all about my daily bath ritual that I'd love to share with you. A magnesium chloride bath is so much better than an epsom salt bath. A bath should be a daily ritual if you're wanting to live a beautiful life. Having a giant tub may make it difficult to have an effective bath routine.

100% Magnesium chloride bath flakes from the dead sea are so much better for our body. Most people are magnesium deficient and epson salt also makes us more deficient. Here are some of the benefits the magnesium chloride.
It helps with:
  • Sores and aches
  • Sleep
  • Scalp and hair growth
  • Bowel movements
  • Skin hydration

Here is how to make Angela's Mixture:

Add two cups of baking soda to a bath. It works so well is because it’s alkaline. When combined with water, it makes it slightly more alkaline too. As soon as you add baking soda to water, you can feel the difference—the water seems a little more silky, without feeling outright slippery on your skin. Adding baking soda to your bath can reduce skin irritation and itching, and also provide detoxifying benefits.

Add some Dr. Singha’s Mustard Bath Salts Relaxing Bath Soak for sore muscles, restless nights, aches, stress and tension.

Magnetic Bentonite Clay Detox Bath – Sodium Bentonite, Calcium Bentonite, & Himalayan Salt – Healing Clay to Remove Environmental Toxins for a Whole Body Detox. Make a paste and put under your arms and neck on your lymphatic area’s to pull out toxins and parasites.

When using the bentonite clay in a bath, you are pulling toxins out of the body. When using magnesium flakes or Epsom salt baths you are pulling minerals into the body. The skin cannot eliminate and absorb at the same time. These are completely different protocols and as such should not be combined into one process. We do recommend that you remineralize after using the clay baths, since you may lose electrolytes in the process. So, if you have time to remain in the bath after you've rinsed off the clay, it would be very therapeutic to follow up with a relaxing soak in Ancient Minerals Magnesium Bath Flakes.

*Do not use in a metal bowl, It is highly absorbing of minerals
