What We Believe
 
Hey First name / friend,
Are you finding yourself even more connected to Ezer + Co. these last couple of weeks? I hope so. đŸ€—
 
 
This week I'm getting more specific about what we believe because it matters oh-so much.
 
First thing, your beliefs aren't only what you believe about God or the Bible. They are what you believe about E-V-E-R-Y-T-H-I-N-G!!! But our beliefs are interconnected. What you believe about God influences what you believe about people who are different from you. What you believe about your body is connected to what you think God thinks about your body. What you believe about men relates to your understanding of God.
 
What we believe shows up in what we do. 
What we do creates what we have. 
It's all connected, First name / friend.
 
Occasionally, I’m asked if is Ezer + Co. a Christian company? Is our coaching secular or spiritual? 
 
Clarity is kind (thanks to our Patron Saint Brené Brown for that one), which I hope is reflected in our 5 core beliefs.
 
Transformation is a spiritual process. 
 
We're inherently spiritual beings. Our coaching is a deeply spiritual journey. The 5th wholeness dimension is spiritual. You’ll resonate with our work if you view life and humanity with any amount of spiritual awareness. If not, we may not serve you well.
 
Truth is transformational. 
We deliberately don’t use language that’s particularly tied to one stream of faith or religious system. Truth transforms because it’s from God. Shifting our language allows us in coaching to expand our imagination and participation to get different results. Adjusting the language we rely upon helps us get the breakthroughs and transformation we desire in the coaching journey.
 
We're spiritually inclusive.
 
We welcome and include you no matter where you are on your spiritual journey
agnostic, Muslim, Buddhist, conservative, liberal, or whatever—we are sisters and belong to one another. You can be wherever you are in your spiritual journey—questioning, wandering, ambivalent, deconstructing, understanding God differently, other religions, doubting—and know we are committed to God’s abundant love and grace for you.
 
Because of the harm women have experienced in the church and their work, we hold space for women who are working to make sense of their relationship with God and the faith environments they've participated in up until now.
 
Ezers are equals.
 
 Our company’s name reflects our belief that not only are women created ‘very good’ in the image of a Good God but we are also created as equal partners alongside men.
 
 
wholeness is about healing. 
 
Our wholeness is found in a loving relationship with God. The root word for wholeness is healing. As we each pursue becoming our whole selves and living into our God-given potential, we’ll experience healing from whatever has wounded us.
