Did you notice in the last 20 Days new listings are DOWN but Closed Sales are UP? Another important fact to notice is the very little inventory that Expires or gets Canceled. It can show that properties are STILL Selling even though rates raised in the last 3 weeks. AND Price decreases have dropped off a bit. Maybe sellers are finally realizing they can't overprice their properties like a couple years ago and still get it sold in record time.
