¡hola, PROFES!
The holidays are approaching, so here are some fun, no prep ideas for your classes.  Enjoy!

Try this fun Día de los Muertos sugar skull activity with your students. Bring in or assign students to bring in Rice Krispie treats, Twizzlers and M & M’s or Skittles candies.  Then pass out the candies and Rice Krispie treats to the class.  Students will have fun shaping the Rice Krispie treats into the shape of skulls.  They can then use the Twizzlers and small candies to finish decorating their sugar skulls.

To expand students’ knowledge of expressions that work like Gustar, use this fun FREE activity to extend their learning and reinforce more sophisticated vocabulary.  Add a few pictures each day to keep them learning and laughing.

When you teach movies like Coco, The Book of Life, La Misma Luna, Ferdinand El Toro, and Encanto, use these movie units to maximize cultural learning and lessen your prep time.

If you need some inspiration, listen to our first ever podcast about the joys and trials of teaching Spanish for almost 50 years between the both of us.

Our entire Spark Enthusiasm store goes on sale from November 13 – 16 so let us know if you need some resources for your students.
