Below is one kitchen staple that I incorporate regularly a) because I enjoy it and b) because I know how it supports my body, mind, emotions and overall quality of health.

Bone Broth
Whether you feel great or a little less so,
bone broth is a regular winter must drink. It's low in calories and high in vitamins, minerals, amino acids and protein.
Add extra flavor and nutrition to pasta, grains, soups and curries or enjoy alone as a warm and grounding low-calorie snack. I recommend having 1 cup / day for 2 weeks and seeing how you feel. Recently I've been enjoying a mug around 3pm each day instead of a second coffee or matcha. So far, it's been a really enjoyable new habit.
