When the owners and operators of Avaya Stafford (formerly Stafford Oaks) approached us to collaborate on the complete remodel of their C-Class asset in Stafford, Texas, our qualified team could already see the potential of this previously outdated and dull community!
 
At ROI ByDesign, we specialize in the design of 
turn-key remodeling, repositioning, expansion, and rebranding within all asset classes. 
 
Our tactical design plans for this remodel included new signage, a full exterior transformation, as well as new finishes and furnishings in their 
under-utilized clubhouse.

CHALLENGES WE FACED

The entry to the leasing office was uninviting and dated.

Branding across the property was extremely outdated and not cohesive.

Amenity spaces were underwhelming and needed a refresh.

The clubhouse was dull and boring - not a place tenants would want to hang out!
