When the owners and operators of Avaya Stafford (formerly Stafford Oaks) approached us to collaborate on the complete remodel of their C-Class asset in Stafford, Texas, our qualified team could already see the potential of this previously outdated and dull community!
 
At ROI ByDesign, we specialize in the design of 
turn-key remodeling, repositioning, expansion, and rebranding within all asset classes. 
 
Our tactical design plans for this remodel included new signage, a full exterior transformation, as well as new finishes and furnishings in their 
under-utilized clubhouse.

CHALLENGES WE FACED

The entry to the leasing office was uninviting and dated.
