There is so much tripe out there in the world that it's beginning to smell a little offal. 

 

I'm English. (I used to be proud to say that) I arrogantly used to think Americans were the ones we should feel sorry for, what with all their guns, funny spelling, and history of crazy idiots running the place.

Jesus, how naive could I be! England is regressing to the land that time forgot. 

 

Is trust a phenomenon of a bygone era? We certainly can't truss politicians anywhere anymore. 

 

But luckily we've got musicians?! They'll still be our role models. Right? Nope! Musicians have gone bat-shit crazy too. 'Yippy Yeezy Mother Fucker!'

 

We can put our trust in business. Business leaders are filling in the gaps politicians fail to cover. With shareholders and corporate governance, they'll be our guiding light.

 

Wrong again! Sorry to break it to you, but we are living in Gotham City, and our leaders and role models are struggling with the concept of good and evil.
