Reiki is an ancient Japanese holistic energetic system for natural healing that uses the laying of palms to promote relaxation, healing, and personal growth. Reiki brings balance to the Physical, Emotional, Mental, & Spiritual Bodies. It is excellent for stress management, pain management, grief, as well as a variety of other Physical/Emotional/Spiritual concerns. 

 

During a one hour Reiki Session the recipient will be comfortably laid down on the treatment table as they are gently touched with the laying of hands as the practitioner transmits energy "Ki" to the recipient as they are treated from Head to Toe (Crown Chakra to Root Chakra). 

 

Reiki can be broken down into two words REI(Universal Life Energy, Spiritual Consciousness, All-Knowing) and Ki(Breath, Life force, Vital Radiant Energy). Reiki is an ancient healing practice and is believed to be at least 2,500 years old. Reiki Activates the bodies natural healing response and allows for healing on a cellular level to occur.  

          

In this state of deep relaxation inflammation decreases while the immune system is naturally enhanced. At this time on the Reiki session your Aura & Body will be brought into balance & harmony by the flow of the energy dissolving any energetic block, aligning your chakras, and clearing your energetic channels. After a Reiki session the recipient may be left feeling relaxed, calm, centered, clear minded, happier, as well as experience overall sense of lightness.
