The term Ayurveda is derived from the Sanskrit words ayur (life) and veda (science or knowledge). Thus, Ayurveda translates to knowledge of life. Alchemy meaning a seemingly magical process of transformation, creation, or combination. In this practice we use proven methods such as breath work, emotional freedom tapping, primordial sound and mantra meditation, asanas, sound healing, aroma therapy, and Kriyas!!!I Level 1 you will learn the basics of meditation and how to create a sensory experience to bring relief when needed. Throughout the course you will be guided to create a Personalized Spiritual Tool Box that you can call upon where every you go and apply to your daily life in the moments you need it most!

Ayurvedic Alchemy Reiki Level 1 is a double certification program including Traditional Usui Reiki Level 1 and Ayurvedic Alchemy Reiki Level 1.  Upon completion of this course, you will receive a Traditional Usui Reiki Level 1 Certification as well as an Ayurvedic Alchemy Reiki Level 1 Certification!

 

Reiki Level 1 is all about self healing. Reiki can be broken down into two words REI (Universal Life Energy, Spiritual Consciousness, All-Knowing) and Ki (Breath, Life force, Vital Radiant Energy). This is an ancient healing practice and is believed to be at least 2,500 years old. Reiki Activates the body's natural healing response and allows for healing on a cellular level to occur.             

 

In this state of deep relaxation inflammation decreases while the immune system is naturally enhanced. Reiki is an ancient Japanese holistic energetic system for natural healing that uses the laying of palms to promote relaxation, healing, and personal growth. Reiki brings balance to the Physical, Emotional, Mental, & Spiritual Bodies. Reiki is excellent for stress management, pain management, grief, as well as a variety of other Physical/Emotional/Spiritual concerns.

 

This course will teach you the basic fundamentals of Reiki principles. You will learn how to do self-Reiki, how to bless and activate your food & water, as well as treat your family, pets, and plants with Reiki too!  

 

The course will begin with an intro call, next you will receive your personalized Reiki Attunement. You will have the option for in person or virtual, this is a one on one Reiki experience. The remainder of the course will be held virtually, we will meet twice a week for our live zoom calls. This is a commitment, and a life changing opportunity. After you receive your Attunement your body will begin undergoing an adjustment period for 21 days. This is called the  Reiki Attunement Detox Process where you're releasing all that no longer serves your greatest and highest good, as your energy aligns with the extremely high frequency of Reiki Energy. You will have full access to text support from me via What's App through out those 21 days. The practices you will learn from Ayurvedic Alchemy will help to support you through this gentle cleansing period and for the rest of your human experience.
