With the recent rising of interest rates, many buyers have hit the pause button when it comes to looking for their next home or selling their current home out of FEAR. "Where will I go?" Keep in mind, interest rates have always fluctuated, and we aren't even close to historical highs! But look at your parents' and grandparents' home. How much are they worth now?? Interest rates may rise & fall, but what is CERTAIN is your equity in your home will remain stable and over time only rise in value! There will always be a need for housing. Real Estate is one of the most secure investments you can make. While interest rates are high, the buyer pool is low, which means way less competition. So think BIG picture when it comes to your real estate investments! The time is NOW.
