Before you get wrapped up in the holiday season, we have some exciting updates to share as we approach our seventh annual CORE! Friday marks exactly sixty days until we are all back together again, so we're thrilled to reveal a program overview and dress code.
What’s on the agenda? We've created a dedicated page on our password protected site (PW: SFCORE23) for you to view the full agenda. In order to offer you as much enriching content as possible while still creating room for free time, we’ve maximized every minute of our program. Most notably, back by popular demand, we’ll be having another Agent Town Hall! Please plan on joining us at the conclusion of registration from 4-5:30p CT where we'll gather for a 90-minute discussion with the Brand Team. To ensure a productive session, we encourage you to submit your questions in advance no later than December 16th.
What should I wear? No need for a fashion emergency! For all daytime programming, Smart Casual is appropriate. Cowboy boots and jeans are welcome! Think: polished yet comfortable. For the evening of January 25th for your Relationship Dinner, perhaps plan for an outfit swap into something slightly more elevated.
What’s the best way to stay up to date on all things CORE? As an attendee of CORE, you've been added to our Close Friends list on Instagram. As of Friday, we'll be doing partner intros on our @thesmartflyer IG so that you can become more familiar with the partners who will be in attendance across sixty of your favorite brands. We've done our due diligence to ensure all Smarties (and partner attendees) are on the list, but if you're not seeing that green ring around our Stories as of Friday, please email me!
TESTING, TESTING…1, 2, 3: Based on guidance from our Advisory Board members, we've made the decision to eliminate the vaccination requirement this year. However, we will be requiring PCR testing conducted within 48 hours of your arrival. For example, if you plan to register at 1p CT, please be sure that your PCR test is dated no earlier than 1p CT (noon on the East Coast) on Sunday, January 22nd. We've continued our relationship with CLEAR and will validate testing through the app once again–this year, all you'll need to do is upload a photo of your negative PCR test to CLEAR!
CANCELLATION POLICY REMINDER:We really hope to see you there, but if for any reason your plans have changed, please let us know as soon as you can. Kindly note there is an advisor waitlist, so advance notice is appreciated! We will be implementing a cancellation fee of $1200 should you cancel after Friday, January 6th, 2023. This will be deducted directly from your statement.
