Happy Holidays! Because the holiday season is a time of everything being so EXTRA, I thought it would be fun to share some of the basic, simple things that make my life easier and better.  No 20-ingredient cocktails this month. No over-the-top holiday decorating ideas. After the last year (two years?? three years???), I'm in survival mode.
 
Before I get to my recommendations for this month, I want to extend my thanks and gratitude to all my family, friends, and clients! I was referred some really wonderful new clients this year and I can't wait to see who I will be working with in 2023!

Holiday Books
 
For the full holiday experience, you need a festive book! Here are some ones I read recently:
1. In a Holidaze - it's a Christmas-y Groundhog Day with the main character reliving the same few days until she gets it right. Fun and romantic.
2. Mr. Dickens and His Carol - a fictionalized account of what inspired Charles Dickens to write A Christmas Carol.
3. The Christmas Bookshop - a grumpy 20-something loses her job and ends up trying to save a bookstore that's nearly going out of business. It takes place in Scotland and Edinburgh sounds absolutely dreamy.
