Welcome to MOOD Edition 32. I’m no woo-woo numerologist, but I have been told by trusted sources that 32 is a pretty lucky number — so I’m sharing a bit of that luck with you all today.

Hopefully you had the good fortune to survive, and thrive, during Holiday Season: The Prequel (aka 🦃) .

For many of us, feedback is tough to receive and sometimes even tougher to give. I was sent this article from the Harvard Business Review breaking down why feedback rarely does what it’s intended to — and how to be better at it.
Wanna work on your inner state, move forward and turn something unpleasant into an opportunity? Do not miss actor Jonah Hill's documentary about his therapist Stutz, dare I say I truly find his tools life-changing?  As we head into end-of-year reviews, reflections, and new year goal setting these two will be by my side.

In case you missed Mariah’s announcement, Christmas will soon be upon us. Even if you don’t celebrate the holiday, the childlike excitement of opening up the windows of an Advent calendar for a daily surprise is universal. (Just don't buy Chanel’s after last year’s fiasco.)

Sounds delicious to try a different jam a day from Bonne Maman, taste a different vodka a day, or order these lacy (racy) delights from Hanky Panky. If you want to splurge, this one from Tiffany & Co. will set you back $112,000.

Ladies (and gents), looking for a simple way to spruce up for the holidays?
A fresh and fabulous mani could do the trick. This Winter Collection from Olive & June has it all — glitter if you’re feeling flashy, press-ons for dramatic effect, and more muted, wintery colors if you just want to stay on theme. A perfect excuse to get someone else to do the dishes.
