ZERO will officially use all ZERO Products!
For the last several weeks a project team has worked on implementing ZERO products Athena and Apollo for the entire company. This initiative ensures that everyone in the company uses and also helps to test our own products. Stay tuned for go live dates and detailed instructions.
Procurement Policy Update
Please be informed that from this moment on all software license requests will be managed by Anush Samvelyan through the Procurement dashboard in Jira. Open a relevant ticket, after your manager confirms your request, Anush Samvelyan will make the purchase.
Requesting IT Support
As a reminder requests to our IT team should be made by opening a ticket in JIRA vs sending an email or sending a Teams message. Visit the IT and Infrastructure board and click create to open a ticket and IT will be happy to assist you.
New Customer Data Security Policy
It is important that we have the strictest controls in place to protect customer data. We’ve created a new policy to outline updated internal procedures that provide added security for our customer data. Please review and comply with the new internal Customer Data Security Policy. The policy will be enforced.
