Hi First name / .!

Nope. Not here to tell you not to hit that buy button — not me. Are you kidding? I’m a big fan of shopping.

In fact, I highly support your decision to shop, especially if it’s purpose is one of these 4 things:
  • something you need
  • something that brings you joy
  • something that’ll bring your loved ones joy
  • something for your growth / restoration
A few things on MY holiday shopping list this year –
  1. This fluffy velvet coat
  2. A mazel ring because being proud of my heritage is more important than ever
  3. A Director’s Clap Board for Sammy and a Butterfly Kit for Syd
  4. And as for growth, I realized that I work really well 1:1 so I just invested in a year-long 1:1 coaching container with someone I love and trust.
Oh, and my favorite investment from last year: this amazing Infrared Sauna Blanket that I use 2 or 3 times a week.

I like to practice what I preach, First name / .. I am always investing in myself.

In the last couple of years, I’ve finished 1:1 coaching, 1 coach training program, 1 health coaching group, and 3 masterminds (two on money and one on creating a 15-hour work week). Not to mention: therapy — who doesn’t need that?

Investing in yourself is not at all selfish.

I have chosen and hired people to be on my side to listen, teach and root for me — and that’s how I’m able to bring out my best self and show up for my clients, including you!

You deserve someone to be on your side too, Edil, whether that’s in the form of a therapist and/or a life and business coach (read: me! Sign up for my waitlist here).

You deserve someone you can talk to and support you so you can get to that next level… picture yourself smiling and happy with a side of tears because God knows how much you’ve wanted this.

Sometimes, how you were raised makes it harder to say yes to investing in yourself

We all have limiting beliefs about money. Limiting beliefs such as:

“Money doesn’t grow on trees”
“There’s not enough money to go around.”
“Money determines my success or failure”
“Money is the root of all evil.”
“Spending money on myself is irresponsible.”

First name / ., it’s never wrong or irresponsible to spend money towards your growth, healing and happiness.

In fact, it might be the most responsible thing for you to do.

Money comes and goes, but you only have one you

You shouldn’t wait for an impending burnout to happen (how many ‘scares’ have you had this year?) before you find a solution.

Have you taken a moment to check on yourself today?
Have you celebrated your recent wins and successes?
Have you thanked yourself lately and told her how proud you are of her?

As your coach, I will keep you on track and accountable to reaching your personal and professional goals. I will help you prioritize the things that make you feel happier and more fulfilled, and teach you how to take care of the rest.

Remember those days when you used to feel happy and light, Edil?

You can be happy and light again.
