PRO Youth and Families
The Thirlby Company welcomed PRO Youth and Families as a new client this year. Highlights have included management consulting, staff training, and a two-day leadership retreat in October.
“Coming out of the pandemic, we were really having a hard time moving our organization to the next level,” shared Staci Anderson, CEO. “Our leadership team was struggling to address conflict, and was working in silos. Since working with Margie, we are more comfortable having difficult conversations, are redesigning how we work together, and building a new level of trust.”
