But did you know there are holistic ways to move COVID-19 along faster on a path out of your body?
Yea, there are holistic solutions to make yourself feel better from COVID-19.
The solution with the most impact is allowing your brain to rest by truly turning it off. Now, we know what you might be thinking ~ I can’t turn it off.
Here are two guided meditations to help you turn it off:

Yoga Nidra ~ always start with this form of meditation first. This meditation is a guided form of relaxation that allows you to find a deep rest-like state while still listening to the sounds of a soothing voice and letting the brain rest from active activity.
(2)
Pratyahara ~ also known as the “withdrawal of the senses” meditation. This yogic form of meditation helps the brain find true rest and recovery.
Both are great, and both meditations helped
our founder heal from COVID-19 a lot faster than others with similar symptoms and complications.
