The holiday season is here and we at ROI ByDesign are filled with joy and excitement! As the year comes to a close and we look back on the past 12 months, we are proud of the many accomplishments we have achieved.

For our December 2022 Newsletter, we are proud to present to you the new and improved design of our A-Class community in Columbus Ohio, 43 @ New Albany! (owned and managed by our CEO, Chelsea Garber, and her investing partners)!
 
Although this new development came partially furnished when purchased in July of 2022, the overall aesthetic was not in line with our vision and target audience. Giving us an opportunity to improve upon the existing design, while addressing any concerns with functionality.
 
In the spirit of the Holiday's fast approaching - we most recently provided 43 @ New Albany with on-brand decorations to really bring the holiday cheer to our tenants!

ADDING VALUE TO THE LIVES OF OUR TENANTS THROUGH DESIGN
 
The leasing office needed more personality to convey the 43 @ New Albany brand & aesthetic.
 
As part of our business plan, we furnished a portion of the units to accommodate business professionals seeking short-term rentals.
 
The existing signage wasn't captivating - we upgraded to an eye catching monument sign that sets the correct tone for the property. 
 
Our Curb-Appeal Holiday Package includes captivating signage!
 
There were several unfurnished areas that could be utilized for amenities - we transformed this empty corridor into a co-work space for tenants!
