Quilt Backs, Barn Blocks,
and More …
Hello Friends!

Thanks so much for following along with me for the 12 Days of A Quilty Christmas!
I hope you found a gift or two that made it to your own Christmas List. I heard from many of you about how much you loved the items I shared. Some of you also let me know that an item or two sold out or that shipping was pushed into January. So very sorry about that. I'll work on solving that for next year.

Last month - I promised you some ideas about how to create an interesting back for your quilt. Many thanks to each of you who sent me pictures of the backs (and fronts) of your quilts so I can share them!

Interesting Quilt Backs

The back of our quilts can often be an afterthought. We work so hard on the design for the front of the quilt – and yet, when we get to the quilt back – we just want to get it made as quickly as possible and move on to the quilting.

Some of you may have already received this pattern. For those of you that haven't, I'm participating in a “Blog Hop” with several other pattern designers. Each of us has designed a 12-inch block with a Barn Block theme. You can see mine above. These blocks are free to you for the month of December (then they go away).  Read more ….
