MEET OUR PODCAST interviewee | 01
“I developed an interest in the spiritual world after beginning to sense and communicate with those in spirit as a teenager. Although I've always been drawn to energy work, I saw its impact most in my personal walk through grief. It has shifted and evolved over the years, yet it remains one of the greatest gifts I've been given. As the world continues to change, I believe energy work is needed now more than ever.
I am a Reiki Master
with training in Usui Ryoho
and Karuna Ki Reiki
. Additionally, I am a Reiki Master-Teacher of TriKona Light Reiki
™. TriKona Light Reiki
™ is a unique Reiki energy that is primarily Lemurian in nature with a high vibration and frequency. This system was brought in through the Akashic Records by Janie MacMillan and myself in 2022. You can find more information at https://trikonalight.com/.
I am currently a member of the International Association of Reiki Professionals.

Atlas of the Heart: Mapping Meaningful Connection and the Language of Human Experience, by Brene Brown
Brown is best known for her research on courage and the experiences that shape our definition of ourselves. This work draws on similar themes to focus on how accurately naming our experiences gives us the power to understand ourselves and others, create new meaning and increase the choices in our lives.
The author notes that "If we want to find the way back to ourselves and one another, we need language and the grounded confidence to both tell our stories and be stewards for the stories that we hear. This is the framework for meaningful connection.
In this season that is often associated with traveling to be with loved ones and friends, this work serves as a map for charting our own adventure so we can travel anywhere-and never fear losing ourselves.
Providers and staff did great with scheduling patients, accepting a variety of insurance plans, and working with community organizations to accommodate patients and help meet community’s mental health needs.
