Let me ask you something…
How are you doing? Is life a little crazy right now?
Is it time to take a pause? To stop everything and exhale?
How about a day of activities specifically designed to
fill. you. up.?
It’s a Retreat Day and we recommend it HIGHLY for your wellness - on all levels:
BODY + MIND + HEART + SPIRIT
AND it’s okay if it’s just an afternoon or an evening to start. We totally get not feeling like you can take an entire day for yourself (but then ask yourself - Why not? What needs to change to feel like I can take ONE day for me?)
Then decide what you want to do. Ask yourself a few questions:
- Do you want to be with people or by yourself?
- Do you want to be active or quiet?
- Would you want to be home or out of your home? (Hint: If being at home is hard for you to relax because it just reminds you of the chores you have to do, get out of your house.)
- Are there any services that would fill you up? (massages, nails done, etc.)
- Do you have a favorite food that you want to enjoy?
- Is there anyone with whom you want to spend your day?
- Is there a favorite place you would enjoy visiting?
