Let’s talk about everyone’s favorite subject this time of year: New Year’s Resolutions ✨
 
Love them or hate them ~ they do have a purpose. Think of them as a reset for you to start setting goals to become the best version of yourself!
 
AND typically, goals include improving your health, weight loss, or some “feel better” goal. Here are a couple of ways you can intentionally set your New Year’s Resolutions for 2023:
 
~ Reward yourself for what you’ve already accomplished
That’s right. Before thinking about 2023, think back to the last 12 months of 2022. Ask yourself, what achievements am I proud of? It can be as simple as I’ve become more grateful (and if you struggle finding the Gift of Gratitude, click here to find out how) this year, OR learning how to make Sunbutter Truffles. List out 3-5 achievements you accomplished in 2022.
 
~ Write down your new goals
Now, let’s chat about 2023. This is the year you’re going to find your path. A path that feels easy, a path that feels comfortable, and a path that helps you become the best version of yourself. By improving your mind, body, and spirit ~ you can get there, and you will get there. Write down 3-5 big goals you want to achieve in 2023.
 
~ Breakdown these goals into tasks
Let’s break these goals down further into tasks that will help you accomplish them. So, for example, if your goal is to get off allergy medicine completely, you may wish to start researching what supplements, nutritional and lifestyle changes you need to make to get off the pills. Now, of course, this takes time. And if you want to cut down on time (don’t forget the famous phrase “time means everything”), we can help you out. 
 
~ Don’t be afraid to seek help
As we mentioned above, sometimes, to get to the finish line faster (aka, accomplish your goals in a few months vs. a few years), you need a helping hand. Don’t be afraid to reach out and seek help so you can achieve your goals faster. Find an accountability partner, mentor, or even a holistic health practitioner. Whatever it takes, get the help you need to heal holistically and improve your overall wellbeing.
