It was time to change that.
Though I was burnt out, I still had dreams.
Though I was feeling lost, I still had vision.
I just needed help getting started in the right direction.
The community I was invited into was the Oola Community.
They had created an app that helped me prioritize my big goals, AND it helped me decide what simple action steps I needed to take every single day to get closer to those goals.
Of course, I haven't been perfect in this journey.
I haven't experienced or realized all of my goals so far.
But I have taken action.
Lots of action.
At this point, I have taken 1,583 action steps on purpose!
Some were big steps.
Some were little steps.
Some were steps of creating a habit I was wanting or needing.
In these next 4 days, I will complete a Fitness goal I had called
December Chills. My goal was to get into my ice barrel every day this month. With the stupid cold temps we have had this week, I took a cold shower instead one day, and I made an ice bath in my bath tub another day.
