If you’ve been on my list for a while, you know I’m not a New-Year-New-You kind of woman. I understand why people get hung up on January 1st, but whether it’s June or January, you can think about where you want to be and commit to getting yourself there!

Before I send you off into the new year, two things:
- Thank you so much for being here and on the other side of my emails. I hope before the year ends, you take the time to thank yourself too – you’re pretty amazing.
- We got a puppy!!!!! BUT we don’t have a name yet. Keep your eye out on my social media for a photo and name announcement. (Yes, I am going to be THAT kind of dog mom!)
