Your perfect January Saturday afternoon has arrived.
We invite you to join us for this Winter Workshop where we will be focussing on finding joy, gratitude and gentleness in January through flow yoga, journalling and deep yin yoga.
Saturday 21st January, 2-4pm

Limited places to ensure the best experience for everyone
We will start with a gentle vinyasa flow-style yoga, led by Laura. If you've been to her regular Saturday classes before, you'll know the sort of thing to expect!
We will then move through a short journalling practice to help prepare the mind for stillness
This will be followed by a beautiful, soothing and healing Yin yoga sequence, led by Vix
We invite you to share some herbal tea and bliss balls briefly after the workshop from 4-4.15pm
Expect beautiful sounds, scents and assists!
You can expect to leave feeling calmer, with less tension in your muscles and your mind and hopefully with a fresh perspective to take you onwards and upwards in 2023.

We met in 2017 working in the same hospital in London and went on to attend several yoga retreats together. As GPs-to-be, our focus is on a holistic approach to healthcare that takes the best from both Western and Eastern philosophies.
