Write them Down
If you’re reading this email right now that means you like me, need to reset and refocus for the new year. We need to take a collective deep breath and say, “Let's do this.”
The new year is a great time to goal set- both personally, and if you're married, as a couple. My husband and I are sitting down this weekend with our coffee and my old school notebook, and we are going to be writing down goals in 7 different areas of our lives- career, financial, spiritual, physical, intellectual, family and social. I use the Ziglar Wheel of Life model with goal setting and even with coaching women in building their businesses- I think it is too good to try and reinvent the wheel (no pun intended :))
Writing down your goals is the first step in actually seeing them through. Being able to hone in to the point of putting them on paper, and then being able to see them time and time again is one of the biggest indicators of whether or not they will actually come to fruition.
