Hello First name / Friend,,

Today's challenge comes from the members of 'The Men's Table' group who participate in programmes at The Long Table, in Stroud. The group is a joint project with the NHS and The Long Table for men’s health.

“The Long Table is a community canteen where we strive to answer the question 'what if everyone in our community had access to great food and people to eat it with?' Food is always available Pay As You Can so it doesn't matter if you have lost your job or your wallet there is space at our table for you.”

Pictured below is The Men's Table taking part in a creative workshop, designing the challenge you'll find today!

Whilst colourful singing is on your mind from yesterday’s challenge….

Write down a list of songs that connect in some way to the theme of 'colour'.

Perhaps you take the time to listen to the song, read the lyrics, sing your heart out!

Welsh Translation:
Ysgrifenna restr o ganeuon sydd â rhyw gyswllt â thema 'lliw'.

Gwranda'n ofalus ar y gân, darllena'r geiriau a chana nerth dy ben.
