Hello First name / Friend,,

Today's challenge from Cumbria Libraries celebrates rest as a creative act…

The Cumbria Libraries Outreach Team invited community members to get together and join a creative workshop hosted by 64 Million Artists to come up with the challenges you'll find from them this month. Pictured below is the workshop in action and some of the creative acts the group enjoy!

“Our creative challenges involve taking a pause and switching to a different mode for a while, whether that’s giving ourselves some comfort or allowing time for creative thoughts to flow. We all need to indulge ourselves sometimes and we believe that taking some time out is not a ‘guilty’ pleasure, but it can restore us, help us see another perspective and lead us to solutions.”

Take the time - whether it's 5 minutes minutes or longer - to chill out today!

Close your eyes, watch your favourite movie, build a blanket fort, read a book, listen to your favourite podcast. However you find it, find a small way to relax.

Welsh Translation:
Dal ar y cyfle - boed hynny'n bum munud neu'n hwy - i gael hoe heddiw!

Cau dy lygaid, gwylia dy hoff ffilm, adeilada gaer blancedi, darllen lyfr, gwranda ar dy hoff bodlediad... sut bynnag gelli ei wneud o, ffindia ryw ffordd fach o ymlacio.
