Hi friends,

Today I celebrate crossing 100,000 downloads of my podcast, which happened in the first week of the new year.

What does it mean?

It means people have listened to my 47 episodes 100,000 times! This is thrilling and matches what Spotify told me in the annual podcasters wrap-up report, that my listeners are what they call devotees; they keep coming back and listening again.

It took 11 months after launching my podcast to reach the first 10K downloads. Now, I’m getting nearly 50K downloads yearly, which is so much fun.

The most exciting part for me is that I did the least number of episodes in 2022 but still reached the 100K goal because of the hard work I put in for nearly three years (yes, 100K was a goal I wrote for last year). I did the work in 2020 and 2021, not just in 2022. I showed up consistently, and now I am enjoying its success.

The next goal is 1 million downloads! Not this year probably, but it will happen, and I know it. That’s a goal to aspire to in the next 3-4 years.

This year, however, I will aspire to double the number to 200K downloads through more consistent production of episodes. I plan to launch two monthly episodes to break my best record of 24 episodes (in 2021).

I launched episode 48 of my podcast yesterday night, which I am incredibly proud of because, for the first time, I converted (and edited for 2 hours) one of my amazingly rich Instagram live videos into an audio format to reach and help more people. I hope you enjoy it and share it.

I am grateful that the topics I am teaching on the podcast are resonating with you, if you are a listener of my podcast, thank you so much for the love and the time you choose to spend with me! I do not take it for granted.

P.S: My listeners are in more than 40 countries, but can you guess where most of the listeners are? I will share fun facts about my podcast later on Instagram, keep an eye there for the celebration post and leave me a lovely comment like you always do.

The year at a glance: 2023 Finish Calendar behind my chair at the office and I have another one at home.

You've been waiting for it and here it is! My 2023 calendar is ready for you to instantly download. This year, you are getting 12 quotes from 12 books I recommend. I hope you enjoy them as much I did. Print it out in the way you like (I recommend using a spiral binding coil) and start making chains of your most important habit.

Here is your weekly dose of The Sunday Spark ⚡️ a newsletter listing 5 inspiring things I thought were worth starting your week with:

1. ⏲️ Spend Your Time Intentionally. Put simply in Jon Acuff's words: A calendar turns wishes into actions.

2. 😰 How to Deal with Constantly Feeling Overwhelmed. I particularly liked this helpful question in the article "What one or two things, if taken off my plate, would alleviate 80% of the stress that I feel right now?"

4. 🎯 I admire this article by Scott Young: The Science of Achievement: 7 Research-Backed Tips to Set Better Goals which aligns with many of the teachings I shared in my past goals workshop. I'm not doing a new goal-setting workshop, but you can buy the recordings of the recent one. If interested, hit reply to this email, and I will tell you more. Also, stay tuned for my upcoming Habits Workshop.

5. 💬 It all comes down to consistency and daily habits:

“There is no magic to awesome outcomes. Whether we’re looking to build a great career, a great relationship, great health, or a great life, it’s all about consistent action over time. It’s about coming back after things blow up, over and over and over. Because they will, and we’ll need a way to reclaim our daily routine.”
