D'oh! Thought I sent this yesterday. Just logged onto my computer and saw that I hadn't. I'm a bozo. Anyways, enjoy this Saturday Five. 

 

Want to start off with a shout-out to a true Philly legend. Jerry Blavat, the Geator with the Heater, the Boss with the Hot Sauce, just passed away at 82. I'll write something longer-form about him next week, but in the meantime, I tweeted a few thoughts. I also had the privilege of interviewing him a few years ago with Reef and Greg. And folks, if you like amazing stories about 20th century icons like Don Rickles, Dick Clark, Frankie Vallie, and Chuck Berry, well then you have to listen to our interview with the Geator from a few years ago. Dude knew everybody and had stories for days.
