Hello First name / Friend,,

Today we're back with 'The Men's Table'! A men's group who participate in programmes at The Long Table, in Stroud, Gloucestershire. The group is a joint project with the NHS and The Long Table for men’s health.

“The Long Table is a community canteen where we strive to answer the question 'what if everyone in our community had access to great food and people to eat it with?' Food is always available Pay As You Can so it doesn't matter if you have lost your job or your wallet there is space at our table for you.”

Join Patrick Graham, a member of the Mens's group at The Long Table for a creative conversation on 26th January, 1pm - 1.30pm, online via Zoom. We’ll be talking about everyday creativity and The Men’s Table’s challenges. It's FREE to join and there will be a BSL interpreter and a live captioner present for the session.

“At The Long Table the most rewarding thing is to 'just do' so if you are unsure - jump in!”

Choose something that you see or experience most days. Capture that thing at different points throughout your day - in a photograph, doodle, describing word or simply by noticing it.

If you would like to - capture that thing every day for the rest of the week, or the rest of January.
Welsh Translation:
Dewisia rywbeth ti'n ei weld neu yn ei brofi bron bob dydd. Ar wahanol adegau trwy'r diwrnod gwna gofnod ohono – mewn ffotograff, dwdl, gair sy'n ei ddisgrifio neu dim ond trwy sylwi arno.

Os hoffet, gwna gofnod ohono bob dydd am weddill yr wythnos, neu am weddill mis Ionawr.

Does consciously capturing your chosen thing, change your perspective of it?
