Hi friends,

Today I will share with you some of the entries I wrote last week in response to my daily gratitude journal prompts, which I committed to 5 out of 7 days.

Morning
I am grateful for :
  • My father-in-law took care of his grandson, my son, while he was sick for a few days right after his 7th birthday.
  • Teaching positive mindset and resetting the day strategies to 11 sales trainees.
  • Doing nagging tasks like sending minutes of meeting and booking meeting requests for the new week before the week ended.
  • What would make today great?
  • Sleep by 11 pm max.
  • Weekly call with Rania
  • Enjoying time outside, especially with Iris.

Evening
Highlights of the day:
  • Meeting with Nadia and Rania, my mastermind buddies, over coffee to celebrate our wins for the last year.
  • Amazing meal by mum (Zucchini (filled with rice and meat) with tomato sauce).
  • Walking 10 minutes before my monthly nails appointment.

What did I learn today?
  • Sahlab does not agree with me.
  • I need to be more mindful while shopping at the mall.
  • Listening to the spiritual podcast (Another Name for Everything) makes me feel so good.

What about you? Have you journaled last week?
How about starting this week?
Commit to journaling this week by replying to this email and sharing your intention with me.

First Birthday not at home with 4 friends he picked
It’s nearly February, which means people quit or are about to quit their new year’s resolutions any time now.
This sadly happens because they still need to learn how to design valuable habits that would support them. And that’s where I come in; teaching you this is what I enjoy the most!

Be the first to join me in the (Build your Habits, Change your Life) virtual workshop, starting in the first week of February.

After running two majorly successful habits workshops last year, I fine-tuned my offering to maximize your chances of achieving the changes you have always dreamed of.

For example, you will get access to an accountability group for ten months, instead of just one month like previous workshops, to follow up on your progress and answer any questions about your habits as we go.

This workshop will be a gift to yourself that keeps giving. I would love to see you as one of the incredible participants.

Here is your weekly dose of The Sunday Spark ⚡️ a newsletter listing 5 inspiring things I thought were worth starting your week with:

1. ✂ Making art is good for your health. Here's how to start a habit.

3. 🛠Fresh perspective: Tweaks.

4. 🧘Try Waking up, the excellent meditation app, for free for a month, my treat, no credit card required. When you sign up, please go directly to Oliver Burkeman's audio course. Thank me later.

5. 💬 Kind reminder, share your gifts:
“We all have gifts and talents. When we cultivate those gifts and share them with the world, we create a sense of meaning and purpose in our lives.”
―Brene Brown, The Gifts of Imperfection
(Resurfaced through Readwise)

Have you downloaded your gift yet?
You've been waiting for it and here it is! My 2023 calendar is ready for you to instantly download. This year, you are getting 12 quotes from 12 books I recommend. I hope you enjoy them as much I did. Print it out in the way you like (I recommend using a spiral binding coil) and start making chains of your most important habit.
