  • As many of you know, Air Canada and WestJet have been cutting many domestic flight routes in recent months and that list just grew as Air Canada cuts service between Saskatchewan and Calgary. This move, however, has triggered an official complaint by the Greater Saskatoon Chamber of Commerce, which has asked the Competition Bureau to determine if Air Canada and WestJet have violated competition law by agreeing to divide and conquer the air travel market. Is this a behind-the-doors scam or just business?
