In other words, either worrying, stressing, or overanalyzing - feeling like you are in a crazy cycle.
OR you can get stuck in your head simply by getting caught up in the dailiness of life - remembering everything you need to get done, get the bills paid, go to the grocery store, pick up the kids, etc.
Here’s the thing, when we get stuck in our heads, it’s impossible for your body to relax and it keeps you from getting quality sleep. The mind-body connection is a very real thing.
We have to get out of our heads to relax - and get a good night’s sleep! In last week’s email, we shared 3 ways to get a better night’s sleep and we hinted that this week would be even better.
