…and just like that, it's almost the end of January.

How has your new year begun?

Ours is “bursting”.

Bursting into wild applause for everyone using creativity to get through a long, cold month as part of The January Challenge.

Bursting our bubble every time we look at the news.

Bursting with new ideas to create ripples of change.

Bursting with acceptance that not everything has to be perfect.

How is creativity bringing your company together?

“It was ridiculous how fast doing stuff in a group of three sparked off the imaginations of people who hadn't felt creative in years”
- Patrick Graham, The Men's Table

“We did a challenge every day. The challenges were tangible. Writing something, going somewhere or saying something. The types of people we had involved spread across the whole company, from grads to seniors, back office staff, account managers, everyone took part!
- George Sexton, Hamilton Brown

“Sometimes workplaces can become a bit stale, rigid, ‘cardboardy’. Creativity can help us to find solutions by not even focusing on the problem, and doing something creative instead, it opened up new neural networks in our brain to find new ways of thinking
- Tracy Breathnach, WAHWN
