Hello First name / Friend,,

Today we’re getting hands on with this challenge from the Wales Arts Health and Well-being Network.

The Wales Arts Health and Well-being Network (WAHWN) is a rapidly expanding network of colleagues delivering arts and health work in Wales. Pictured below is WAHWN in action, a younger and older person sit side by side taking part in an exercise class, alongside a photo of, WAHWN Associate Ceri John Phillips during our Zoom workshop where their challenges came to life. It’s also Ceri’s voice you hear if you are listening to the Welsh voice recordings of the challenges!

This year, we are so pleased that The January Challenge is fully available in the Welsh Language, thanks to support from the Arts Council of Wales. This includes The Champions Pack - a free resource which includes all 31 challenges - for people who want to use The January Challenge to engage with the groups around them at work or in their local community.
