You deserve to prioritise yourself. Let's face it, we all need time to restore right now. I'm inviting you to step off the conveyer belt and stop. Drop all the responsibilities for one morning and simply be, reset and restore.
 
You will end the morning feeling cared for, nourished and in a state of renewal. The beauty is you'll also feel more resourced to be able to keep giving.

What to expect?
You’ll be invited to slow down. Sounds simple but we know it's not always easy.
 
We start by exploring simple yet powerful breathing practices. Next you'll deepen into your body connection through a steady and adaptable yoga flow. To complete, you will drop into a deeply restorative relaxation which has been described as magical.
 
The whole morning is a treat for the senses and I offer some gifts to take away to remind you of our time together. 
 
Drinks, snacks and chocolate are all included. If you'd like to, we can head to see for an optional sea swim after or gather for lunch in the on site cafe, Crow Spotter.

Radical Rest is a game changer- a physical pause and permission slip to enter a place of safety. I loved the breathing and have started to use this in my life. I work a lot and often don’t allow myself time to relax guilt-free. Lou gave me the space to actually unwind, and not feel bad about it. I felt like I could properly switch off. The atmosphere that Lou created was so relaxing, so restful. I’ve done ‘stretching’ yoga before and it feels like a workout - this was blissful, particularly the breathing exercises.

Radical Rest reached beyond expectations. Having never done breathwork or relaxation meditation for an intentional period of time, I was pretty open to seeing what it would be like. The results were amazing, I felt so rested, nourished and looked after. The final meditation and relaxation was mind blowing, I drifted away into the most restful place.

Radical Rest is a half day retreat on a Saturday morning form 9.30 pm - 12.30pm at
The Retreat, in the New Forest - Lyndhurst Road, BH23 7EF. The beautiful venue has rooms on Air B&B and therapists who work onsite, so the option to stay and have a massage is possible.
 
The investment for the morning is £55. The additional option of a swim in the sea and/or lunch is available. If you're keen then please let me know as I'm happy to coordinate. Please note, lunch is not included in the price. Click on the date you wish to book for and I'll be in touch.
