Football on a Sunday
Last night my husband returned from watching the pre-Super Bowl football games with a friend he used to work with. This guy is top notch. Let's call him “Matt”
 
“Matt” and Jeff worked for the same man years ago. It was horrid. 
 
As a wife, watching my hubs become increasingly more and more stressed out, I was seriously worried about his health. So worried in fact, that I contacted the CEO (we were acquaintances). It seemed he was so insulated ‘at the top’ that he didn't know about the person costing the company serious coin.
 
Thankfully Jeff was interviewing and moved to a different department. His new boss was amazing! I could immediately see the change in Jeff's sleep and overall stress level. He was becoming Benjamin Button before my very eyes.
 
“Matt” stuck it out for a while but when change didn't happen he left too. 
 
 At his new company “Matt” was loving the new position, the company, and his boss.
 
Until… his boss left. Enter stage left - another dysfunctional boss!
 
Guess what?? Surprise surprise. Soon “Matt” will be gracing the same halls as Jeff.
