February is truly the month that we land in the new year and begin to look ahead. We may have had big goals and intentions as we flipped the calendar year but now is our time to commit. James Clear, author of Atomic Habits says, “Every action you take is a vote for the type of person you wish to be become.” This month we will turn our attention to our daily habits and our mindset and how just a small change can move us to a place of well-being.
Join us this month for our new early morning classes- Monday and Wednesday Pilates at 645a, Tuesday and Thursday Barre at 630a and Wednesday Mindful flow yoga at 630a. We celebrate our strong and open hearts this month in a few ways…Wear RED on Friday, February 3, join us for Partner Yoga on Friday, Feb 10 at 6p-7p and join us for Sacred Sunday on February 26 at 4p.
