This February + Black History Month we are proud to announce our FIRST Fitness Residency at our new South Boston location with LIT2LIFT.

We have worked with Darren + Jonady from LIT2LIFT since our early days at Warehouse 1.0 and truly we couldn’t be more excited and proud to partner with them again.

Book your spot in LIT2LIFT's Greatest HIITs class on Saturday, February 25 at 12:30pm, the first of a four class series this year. Greatest HIITs is a 45min hybrid workout that incorporates both strength and cardio exercises to bring you a LIT workout!
