  • California Council on Science and Technology (CCST) Science & Technology Policy Fellowship. Graduating next year? As CCST S&T Policy Fellows, scientists and engineers spend one year in Sacramento serving in the California State Legislature or within a California Executive Branch office. Working as staff in the State Assembly, State Senate, a State Agency, or Offices of the Governor, they get a front-row seat learning about the craft and process of policymaking in the State of California.

  • Science Policy Fellowship Opportunity with the National Academies. The Gulf Research Program's Science Policy Fellowships prepare scientists, engineers, and health professionals to work at the nexus of oil system safety, environmental protection, and human health in the Gulf region. Fellows receive valuable experience at the science-policy interface through a one-year work experience on the staff of a state legislature; state environmental, natural resource, oil and gas, or public health agency; or regional offices of relevant federal agencies.

  • Journal of Science Policy and Governance 2023-24 Ambassador Program. During this year-long program, undergraduate and graduate students from around the world can gain valuable exposure to the science policy ecosystem, working alongside JSPG staff on an array of projects that support JSPG published work. There will be an Open House Tues Feb 21 (6AM PST) to answer questions about the program.

  • Health Policy Research Scholars Program. Health Policy Research Scholars is a national leadership program for doctoral students in any academic discipline who are starting their second year of study and want to apply their research to help build healthier and more equitable communities.
