Their respective initiatives are driven by their commitment to health, well being and environmental justice. Kim and Melinda will inform us about their activism, notably the CT Environmental Rights Amendment, HB J13, currently before our legislators.

 alternatives to pesticides for managing vegetable insects, pesticide exposure of bees, and crop pollination. In her retirement, she works part-time for CT Northeast Organic Farming Association as Director of Advocacy and continues to finish up scientific research and outreach projects at CAES.
